This educational exhibition is jointly held by The Palace Museum in Beijing and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) of the HKSAR Government. Specifically designed for children and the youth, the exhibition aims at introducing them to the Museum’s history and traditional Chinese culture. Exhibition contents are displayed on richly illustrated panels, 3D models and multimedia features, all of which are designed to afford modern-day visitors an imaginative museum experience. To facilitate interaction with the visitors, the CnC also curated an educational workshop for primary school students held during the exhibition period.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the partnership between Chiu Kwong-chiu and his CnC with The Palace Museum. This exhibition is a showcase of a decade of their collaborative efforts on a series of publications, education programmes, exhibitions, multimedia and literary initiatives. Of particular interest to visitors of The Palace Museum are the multimedia contents and animations of the exhibitions jointly organised by The Palace Museum and the LCSD in recent years.
