“What Was It Like, Mr. Emperor?” has been awarded﹕ 2016 Book of the Year Award (Kids Books category) from Creative Child Magazine, Parents' Choice Recommended Award for non-fiction books from Parents' Choice Foundation and INDIEFAB 2015 Finalist for Best Young Adult (Non-fiction) from Foreword Reviews.
