‘Living with Bamboo: Museum of Art is Here’ education programme is officially launched

‘Living with Bamboo: Museum of Art is Here’ is a prelude to the reopening of the Hong Kong Museum of Art in 2019 after its expansion with a brand-new façade. Via the subject of bamboo and the Museum’s collections, this education programme aims to demonstrate the relationship between art and our lives while providing a new model of art learning for the audiences. CnC has been invited to participate in the concept development of the programme, as well as theme studies and design of the exhibition venue, multimedia and interactive exhibits. CnC has also co-curated an outreach educational workshop targeting primary and junior high school students while a teaching kit designed for school teachers will be published in order to bring " Bamboo" into the classroom.
