Invited by Wenchuan Plus–Creative Tainan, Chiu Kwong-chiu and Workshop members attended “Design Exchange among Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong—Old Cities．New Life” International Exchange Seminar. Chiu delivered a talk on the topic “Seeking in the Heaven and on the Earth: From Royal Home to People’s Home,” to share his ideas on cultural development with the audience from the local culture and arts sectors. Workshop members visited the places of historical interest and sites of attractions of cultural and creative industry in Tainan to learn about the city’s experience of cultural study and education promotion.
