After participating in “A Lofty Retreat from the Red Dust: The Secret Garden of Emperor Qianlong,” a project run by the Hong Kong Museum of Art, the Workshop members delivered a talk in the Hong Kong Museum of Art: “Design Inspiration from the Secret Garden of Emperor Qianlong.” They shared their research findings on the Forbidden City and the Secret Garden of Emperor Qianlong, including the various attempts of interpreting traditional values in modern ways, and listened to comments from experts and audience.
