Beijing Parkour: Urban Investigation in 18 Districts was written by the Workshop and IS Reading Publishing Team and published by Joint Publishing (Beijing). In this project, urban Beijing, which changed rapidly, was divided longitudinally into 3 even blocks: the West, the East and the Central. 18 districts were then selected for investigation, so as to find out the internal logic of the spatial evolution in these districts and the unique glamour of urban Beijing. The book ranked the seventh on the Joint Publishing best-seller list during the first week of publication.
