The book launch of We All Live in the Forbidden City Series (Simplified Chinese edition) was held in the Jianfu Gong Palace of the Forbidden City. There was also a culture salon with the topic “Gifts for Children from Traditional Chinese Culture,” where attendants shared their own stories about traditional Chinese culture. The moderator was literary and art critic Leung Man-tao. Guests of honour included collector and connoisseur of curios Ma Wei-dou, Ted Lipman, the Chief Executive Officer of the Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation and Professor Hang Jian of China Academy of Art.
